I am TMA - a tribal writer from Mizoram, Northeast India - my village is on top of mountains, no Hollywood, just jungle and stories.
I am writing my first epic: THE IRON SPIKE
LOGLINE: After 100 years of darkness, GOLD is worthless - only IRON is currency. A one-eyed tribal warrior Voran and his giant wolf Skard must climb the Ice Wall to bring back the SUN from a city that stole it.
It's Mad Max meets The Revenant with a Mizo tribal heart. Think: What if your culture's iron-forging tradition becomes the future economy?
I have finished Act 8 (300 pages) - working on - Ice, Doom City, IRON HEART, Snake Island.
I am here to learn and make friends - not to sell - just to find my tribe!

Yes - in my culture, iron forging is sacred - so I thought what if after gold is worthless, IRON becomes money?
I'm so glad you liked Voran & Skard crossing the Ice Wall - that's Chapter 5 - where they lose the sun!
I have finished 300 pages (Act 8) and working on 110-page screenplay version too. Would love to learn from your experience as Film Commissioner - any advice for a tribal writer from India trying to bring his world to screen?
