wow thank you that really helps a lot. thank you so much and I going keep that clear in my mind for the next week I think I'm going to start over. the demo and with you advise i would help me a lot. that's why I post here because it almost impossible to see from inside. thank you so much. for your input. I also want include some other works that I had done recently. again thank you so much for your advise

thank you guys for your comments they are really helpful. Matthew, the demo is most an editing demo. but there are some works there that I also directed and editing. but yes is a demo of editing. because that's my profession I work as editor. but always is a little difficult do something about yourself. thank you again guys

As is the foundation of the Book of Change so it is for editing and directing...there is only rest and change. Knowing which is which is the first step to greatness.

Overall, besides the initial comment of back to back titles, I have seen much worse in the way of a director's reel. I even have a few in front of me that are MUCH worse. This one is dynamic, but you might want consider putting in some behind the scenes of you actually directing and interlace it with the actual scene you were directing. Matthew Doyle was correct in stating it looked more like and editing reel, but without too much work that can be transitioned.
