Anything Goes : Shooting a short this fall by Derek Hudgin

I'm shooting a short this fall for an independent study at Marquette, in Milwaukee, and interest around campus for Actors and Crew seems low. In all honesty, would I have any chance of getting possible crew members and actors for Super Cheap, even free?
