I have just finished university and am currently unemployed in the Birmingham area. I am interested mainly in script writing, but would like a full time job in a field that would contribute to my CV positively with the media. What should I do? Throw my CV around to as many media relates jobs as possible. I am a little worried at the moment and feel directionless.

Thanks for the feedback, it's all a little nerve racking at the moment. How are you getting on in the USA, do you have a visa. I have a sister in Boston I was going to move over with next year. But the lack of a visa at the moment is keeping me in Birmingham. I guess I'll just have to get any old paid work and maybe start a screenplay

stop being worried , and write the script , beginning a career is not easy and attaining sucess has no duration , what matters is your deteremination . i wish you good luck .Julian
How did you manage to get a visa? If you don't mind me asking. And yeah you are right, it's just me procrastinating! I need to start on a script as soon as possible

I will need a visa to live and work in Boston. But yes, within the next few weeks I intend on starting a piece of work I will finish. Thanks for the advice Julian, all the best.
