Photographing Paris

Hello Stage32ers - who has some tips for me when I spend a few days in Paris next week? I'm looking to spend 4 days/3 Nights there with my camera in had.

Alysia Jene' Culley

so many things: The Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Catacombs, Notre Dame, Arc de Triomphe, Musee d'Orsay, Shakespeare and Company Book Store, etc. All the tourist-y places... but if I was taking photos myself, i'd try to capture images of: lovers (young & old)-kissing, holding hands, sitting on benches, pigeons-in odd places they shouldn't be, quaint cafes, the markets and shops with all different types of bread, fresh fruit, fish and confections. I've gotten carried away. Can you tell I watch too many French films? ha ha. I hope those were the kinds of tips you were looking for Stephen.

Thank you Alysia - the softer and more romantic aspects of Paris (perhaps in contrast to the grittier as well as the touristic scenes) might make an interesting shirt project
