Anything Goes : Looking for a Director by Michael J. Hitchcock

Michael J. Hitchcock

Looking for a Director

I've decided to seek funding for production of one of my feature length horror films. I'm going to use a creative funding website, but first I'd like to find a producer in the Nashville, Tennessee area who can help with a production budget and plan. Until full funding is secured and production begins, this director would work pro bono. Any ideas where I can find such a person? Any ideas on where to look or what type of director I should be looking for? At this point I'm considering someone with limited experience who is looking to make their mark, but has a couple productions under his or her belt that showcase some skills. Any ideas from more experienced writers, producers, or directors would be welcome!

Hey Michael. I might suggest posting this under our PROJECTS section. You'll get more eyes on it. Good luck!

Thanks, Richard. Will do!

Cool, Michael. Hope it's a smash!

I've actually been directing a lot of smaller projects lately and would love to hear more about your script.

Thomas, could you send me information regarding your past work?
