Introduce Yourself : Writer and Voice Actor by Parker Downey

Hello all. I'm Parker Downey, from San Jose, CA. I'm part of a circle of friends who have formed a little independent filmmaking group that we call Dragon Farm Productions. We're still up and coming at the moment; we have a few film projects in the works, and our biggest impediment to them currently is looking for funding. I am the chief writer for the group; I've been writing stories since I was old enough to form words. I have a world of story ideas I dream of seeing produced on the screen. I write screenplays on my own in my free time, many of which have nothing to do with the projects my group is working on, but which are just things I want to one day produce, maybe for cable TV or some other venue. I also am trying to break into doing voiceover work, as people have always told me I have a great voice. It's been tough sailing, but I'm still trying. I have a couple demos I could share with anyone who has use for a voiceover artist.
