Had a great time the last time there was an Introduce Yourself Weekend, and made some great connections, so I'm glad to do it again! I'm Rodney Myers, and I have been doing Television and Video Production since I was in High School. I can still remember editing from one tape machine to another, and now I don't use tape at all! I can fill all positions within production, from writing, camera, directing, editing, and producing. Currently, I am an Adobe Premiere and Avid Media Composer Editor. Usually, I am based out of Central Indiana, but until June 2014, I am in Costa Rica. I am taking a year to dig deeper into Adobe CS, develop some more business plans for my company, Digital Rain, llc, and work on writing. I have an hour long TV Drama Pilot and half hour drama/comedy pilot developed. Working on tow other half hour TV Comedies and a Christmas Themed Feature. I look forward to getting introduced to the rest of you!

Hi Rodney, So, do you miss working with tape? I think that tape had a heart and soul to it as a medium to work with, unlike digital, which is just there and available off the nearest hard drive. Hope you have a fantastic weekend. Best wishes, David
Sorry it took so long...still getting used to using this great resource! With the speed, clarity, and that I still Color Correct everything I shoot, I love Digital! It has a soul too, that I have grown to like. What I think is funny is the whole time used tape, people said I was filming, now that I am on solid state media, everyone is wanting me to tape them? lol
