Introduce Yourself : Greetings from Michael Chartier (Writer & Director) by Michael Chartier

Hi, folks! My name is Michael Chartier and I'm currently directing a new horror film I've written, entitled: Trailer Heaven. It's a very unusual and quirky project. Part horror film, part exploitation film, part warped Hope & Crosby road picture, and part social satire. It's about an ex-con turned preacher, a redneck 16 year old Lolita from the backwoods of Tennessee, and a trailer park in the Pine Barrens of South Jersey inhabited by transvestite cannibals. We've just gone into production about three weeks ago and I'm focused now on creating three complete scene demos for Indiegogo so I can fund the rest of the film. I will also include a 90 second trailer and a short video pitch. Any advice or word to wise anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated. This is my first film venture as a director, albeit I'm not completely green by any means and I am fortunate enough to have a very experienced cast and crew.
