Anything Goes : Who Owns Movie RIghts? by Chad Zuver

I am an independent film maker in Ohio. I worked with a production studio on my own time, without pay for over a year. I wrote a script and directed the movie, that is now finished. I am curious to know who owns the rights to the movie? Myself or the studio? I funded the movie with my own movie. The only thing I got from the studio was some small equipment and their property. The only thing they did was promote the movie on their site, facebook, and youtube. The only thing that I signed was a rules and regulations paperwork. The only thing it had it there was: That the studio owns every movie. Nothing in their about a specific title or even a contract between me and the owners about the property of the movie. I'm just curious on who has the rights to the movie. If anyone knows anything, please help me.
