My name is Steve and I'm a writer/director/composer living in the Los Angeles area. I'm a theatre rat since I'm 5 in Dayton, Ohio. To me there is nothing like the creative process. It's what the universe is doing...creating... everyday...planets, stars, trees, people. And I think when WE...the paint on the canvas, as it were...when WE create...we are doing what the universe is doing. And therein lies the ecstasy. I've been a songwriter for Motown Records, Disney, HBO and NASA... and a road weary stand-up comic booked out of the Ice House for fifteen years. I currently have a play up at the Hayworth, "Just Imagine" LA Times Critic's Choice (www.justimaginetheshow.com), and am finishing up the editing of my first feature film.
