New here so I wasn't aware to post here. Well, I am not sure what to say, isn't that funny? I am a writer, I have written well over 300 Tv series, full series, screenplays, plays all written in Improvisational form (scriptless or there may be an outline for what I want to happen but its minimal). My dream is to start my own production company somewhere in the future but I realize that takes money so I am not counting on it, maybe find a ghost writer who wont need money up front, perhaps find someone that wants to produce my work, I dont know, I came here to meet new creative friends, I am not expecting much anymore, Yes, I sound like I have given up but there comes a time when one has to be realistic. I started an out of pocket charity in 2009 to help those in need in the community, as soon as my partner and I get moved back to my state-Oregon (at least that is the plan at the moment) I am going to do more. For now, I host murder mystery dinners, scavenger hunts, cook-offs and more and then donate food, food boxes, gift cards etc. That is how I am creative now. I write now for fun. i started working on a new script last night or maybe it will be a book. I never know which direction I will take something until I get going, some things write themselves. Three months ago I dreamed (literally) a new script. I also write "fan fiction" I have rewritten Star Trek The Next Generation my own way, I added a long term gay couple and my favorite character Tasha Yar did not die! I also created a brand new Star Trek series with new characters and such. I am also an actor, well, I would be if I get any of my work produced, I have tailor written several parts that I intend to play, another reason I would have to produce my own work, I have gone the hollywood route when I was 19, I found a production company that wanted my first tv series I had written but they wanted to make it their own, take out certain characters, I was not all for that so I turned them down and will not do that now. Oh well, I am rambling, for someone that didn't know what to say, I think I said a lot. If you live in Las Vegas or Oregon and wish to be friends, I mean real friends, not someone you see online and talk to when you are not playing video games, send me a message on Facebook (Terry Mitchell) :) Blessings.
Thanks for posting and sharing, Terry.
