Just sent my first born off to "The Search for New Blood Screenwriting Contest" - Lets see how my blood blends in with the Horror genre. So glad to have those characters finally out of my head and on paper now. Peace and quiet for the moment, but then new characters have started talking to me and want their stories told now. So, I continue on to my next two screenplays. I'm curious how many other screenwriters get harassed by their character to get out of their heads and onto the paper?

My characters talk to me all the time! I've actually woken up in the middle of the night and they refused to let me go back to sleep! I think that's when you know you're on to something. When your characters will NOT be ignored.
