I was just wondering if page length had ever been a deal breaker for anyone.

Generally speaking, no longer than 120 pages, but when readers have a pile of scripts to get through, they tend to start with ones that are 90-100 pages ...
Between 90 and 110 is expected, anything outside of this window will be harder to sell for a new screenwriter.
Too many pages or not enough pages can both kill a script.
85-120 is definitely where it's at.
PS - two 85 page scripts before pitching even your first project is also ideal. It shows your manager or agent you're not a 1 trick pony.
