Anything Goes : Need a way to indicate on Job Listings if they are UNPAID by Valerie Alexander

There is a box to check if a job listing is PAID, but there needs to be one to indicate if it is UNPAID, or a big bold box that states that anything not listed under PAID is therefore UNPAID. I know one would think everyone would assume the default if PAID isn't checked, but that is not the case, and leads to a lot of wasted time for both the poster and the respondents. A similar fight happens on Mandy.com when unpaid jobs are listed, and people start asking what the budget is for the position. Please make this more clear on the job listing page. Also, if it would be possible, please include a way to disclose (along with a requirement to do so) if the intent is Deferred Pay (which most of us know really means UNPAID anyway). Again, full information up front will save everyone a lot of time. Thanks!!
