Anything Goes : Film collaborators wanted Newcastle/Carlisle (UK) by Lord Zion

Last autumn I shot my first feature - MEET THE CADAVERS - which is currently being edited, hoping for a Cannes premier. I wrote, co-produced, co-directed and starred in that; going to Cannes last May to meet potential distributors. I had put together a wonderful amateur crew who all did amazing work but a huge relocation means having to find a new crew. I am looking for collaborators in all fields of production. I have relocated to Kirkhaugh, Northumberland (near Alston; equidistant Newcastle and Carlisle) and want to find like-minded amateur film makers - with pro attitude and aspirations - to form a little co-operative. Since MEET THE CADAVERS, I have written a screenplay (horror) that is currently with an Exec Producer doing the rounds but, moving here has inspired me and I am writing a screenplay that I want to shoot first quarter of 2015. Tentatively titled "THE HOUSE ON HIGH ROW", it is a horror in the "Amityville Horror"/"Omen" arena. Scary, psychologically tense, supernatural. The intention will be for it to ultimately be distributed. Although relatively new to the film business, I have been in the music business for years with albums released across Europe, tours etc. So, I may be a dreamer, but one with a track record and I see no reason why I cannot succeed here. FYI, as well as writing the screenplay, I plan on directing. Since shooting MEET THE CADAVERS, I shot a horror short as part of a large anthology due for release in 2015. I would also help with aspects of production but, on set, I want to be concentrating on direction. If it sounds of interest to you, get in touch. Zion
