My name is Tarquin I am a filmmaker (Writer, Director, Cinematographer, Editor, Sound Designer) from Australia who is currently living in Waterville, Maine, USA. I went to film school at Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. My graduate short film 'the river' has played at many film festivals around the world including Clermont Ferrand International Short Film Festival, France 2013.
