You need to remove the knob. Once you've removed the button, remove the screws that hold the handle. Then, you can remove the handle by using a small Allen wrench or a flat-head screwdriver. Make sure that the cap is not too tight or it will prevent you from removing the faucet from the sink. Once the handle is removed, you can clean the leaking faucet with soap and water.
