Jemeiya Bonner

Originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Jemeiya went on to attend Howard University studying film and literary antiquity. The age of 10 marked the first story she had ever written, while 15 saw her first screenplay this time written with her best friend on a crappy PC in the summer heat. As a Black filmmaker, Jemeiya wants to make stories that are culturally reflective and important; and in addition also tell stories that are simply just fun, eager to prove that those do not have to be mutually exclusive.
