Irwin Daye

Hey. I am Irwin Daye. I’m based in Dallas/DFW. Since arriving in to 2012, I’ve earned a BA from the University of North Texas and a MFA from Southern Methodist University,

My credits include Hurt Village, Dylan Guerra’s Yaelmihkeinsploke, Regina Taylor’s Black Album 2020, and For Twelfth Night. I’ll return to UNT as a guest artist in Seven Guitars.

I’m credited for shows on these stages which include: Stage West, Amphibian Theater, Soul Rep theater, Dallas Theater Center, and Cara Mia Theater. I represent the person that defies his failures and pushes forward. I hope to represent the Black culture in many more opportunities.
