Jeanette Ashmole

Jeanette is a practising Barrister in London. Her career has seen her practise predominately in Criminal Law prosecuting and defending serious crimes, often with extensive media coverage. She has also worked as a cop, detective and fugitive officer for the UK Home Office.
Jeanette provides advice to writers and production companies to ensure that their work is as authentic as possible.

Jeanette absolutely loves TV and Film and is now using what she has learnt in her Legal and a previous Police Career to her advantage. She is currently writing a number of her own projects for TV Crime Dramas and pitching ideas for true crime docu-series.

Recent credits include, Meet, Marry, Murder with First Look TV, S7 Hunted and Legal & Compliance Producer on Brinkworth TV's USA hit show Accused, Guilty or Innocent.

She is currently advising on the new series of the BBC and Jimmy McGovern's BAFTA wining 'TIME'.
