About Palvinder

I'm a filmmaker from the Bay Area and co-founder of Playground, a production company that has produced several viral short films about the South Asian American experience. Since our inception in 2011, we've also produced television commercials, corporate videos and live event videos.

In 2016, I co-created the Manpreet Toor Youtube channel which has since surpassed 1 million subscribers and garnered over 200 million views.

I'm currently in the process of co-writing and directing my first feature film, "Good Girl", a comedy about a young woman whose strict, Sikh father finds a condom in her car. The script for the film has received a top 2% score on WeScreenplay and we have shot and edited a 15 minute proof-of-concept.
