About Blaze

Blaze Kelly Coyle is President and CEO of Silver Phoenix Entertainment. The quintessential renaissance woman with nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, (both behind the scenes and in front of the camera), Blaze has worked with top-notch companies such as: ESPN, Ernst & Young, Metro Networks/Westwood One, Comcast, The Rachel Ray Show, Valenti Vision Films, 104.9 WRDR, VH-1, The Broadway Theatre League and The Sands Hotel & Casino. She recently produced/executive produced and provided special effects makeup for the award-winning horror thriller The Meat Puppet. Her smoky voice is featured in a scene singing an original song entitled Someone Special. This triumph is most dear to Blaze as she lost her voice for a time due to a throat illness in the late '90's. Blaze produced/executive produced the indy action drama Echelon 8 (formerly E-8: Think Tank), which is currently in distribution (DVD/VOD) with Screen Media Ventures. Echelon 8 had the distinct privilege of being the first feature film to air on NY NonStop (NBC) in 2010, was granted entries into the Hoboken International Film Festival, Connecticut Film Fest, Moscow’s Detective Fest and the Queens International Film Festival, where the film won “Best Producer”. Blaze is currently writing/producing an educational series called Eco-Files and will be directing/co-writing a short comedy about dating called Speed Damon & Holly. Other projects include the Off-Broadway holiday musand a musical tackling the tough subject of addictions called Anonymous, Anonymous. She formerly produced a standup comedy show hosted by SNL contributing writers’ Keith Alberstadt and Chris Wilkes called Center of Attention in NYC. Blaze also developed the concept, co-wrote and published the kids book The Most Well-Traveled Squirrel in the Whole Wide World, which was distributed by Barnes & Noble and toured throughout the tri-state area. In Your Corner, a weekly blog/podcast about anything and everything entertainment related, was recently launched to help people, especially those just starting out, navigate through this awesome biz!
