Michelle D. Allen is an emerging multi-faceted filmmaker with professional experience in development, writing, on-set production from PDing to Directing, and editing.
She works within horror, science fiction, and comedy and uses those genres to tell never-before-seen stories inspired by her experiences as a woman. She is passionate about female and LGBTQ+ representation in film and television, and aims to be a pioneer in the space of female filmmaking, hoping to cement her community as a commonplace and essential voice in Hollywood.
In her free time you can find her writing, reading, trying new restaurants, roller skating with her friends, listening to CDs, and watching movies/TV both new and old. She loves media that's off the beaten path, and some of her favorite works include The Army of Darkness, Everything Everywhere All at Once, and Aliens.
