I'm an award-winning editor and award-winning writer of genre-bending science fiction, fantasy, horror, and paranormal short stories, novels, and screenplays. I'm a member of Science Fiction Writers of America and Horror Writers Association. I was named honorable mention in L. Ron Hubbard’s Writers of the Future Award and I'm the winner of the Mary Shelley Award for Imaginative Fiction. In addition, during my tenure as Executive Editor of Meadowhawk Press, the indie house captured Science Fiction’s Philip K. Dick Award, only the fourth time in history the award has gone to a small press. I am also writer/director of Big Imagine, an indie film studio established to explore my visual fiction; because I believe there’s more than one way to tell a good story.
