Olive Talley is an award-winning producer, director, writer and experienced manager of creative teams. She is passionate about telling stories that touch the heart, educate and inspire action.

Olive is currently producing a documentary film about how one man, through passion and perseverance, discovered one of the most significant archaeological sites in the Americas – deep in the heart of Texas. This place helped redefine the story of the peopling of the Americas. See more here:

I'm a seasoned journalist in radio, wire services, newspapers and network TV. Awards include: Pulitzer finalist, Polk and others for newspaper reporting; two-time Emmy nominee and winner of Headliner, DuPont for network producing work at ABC's PrimeTime Live and Dateline NBC. Former Nieman Fellow at Harvard.

My current project is my first indie film: I raised all the funds myself and led a (too) small production team and we're close to the finish line. I have traction with PBS in Texas, but looking for help to approach streamers.
