Hi, I have been working my way up as a P.A., and I am very close to joing the DGA. While struggling with this strike, and have put more thought into what it is I really want to do in this industry, I have realized that I would really like to work my way into becoming a producer. I am still going to finish out my initial goal, and make my way into the DGA, and continue working as an Assistant Director because I do love this line of work. That being said, if any opportunities present themselves, I would like to start shifting gears and trying to work the producers route. Any ideas of where to begin, or to at least help me head in the right directions of things I could be doing for this journey?
