Nicole Falsetti, a San Francisco Bay Area native and a USC School of Cinematic Arts alumna, embarked on her journey in the entertainment industry starting out in the Motion Picture Literary department of United Talent Agency. Her career then led her to assist Producer Cathy Schulman at Welle Entertainment, where she contributed to projects "Five Feet Apart" and "Otherhood." Initially pursuing a career in producing, Nicole transitioned to Stampede Entertainment as a Commercial Production Manager, managing projects such as an AT&T/NBA commercial. She also made her mark as a producer with the short film "Blood Brothers," earning recognition at film festivals like L.A. Shorts, HollyShorts, Culver City, and the Polish Film Festival.
Her career trajectory took an unexpected turn when she joined Paramount+ Star Trek: Picard as the Showrunner's Assistant, igniting her passion for writing.
