SYNOPSIS:

A surgeon named John who has a young son is trying to save him from heart disease. One day, he has an accident with a boy who sells flowers and takes him to the hospital, but the boy is brain dead. The boy's father goes to the hospital and after realizing his son's heart disease, he allows him to have a heart transplant. But the transplant surgery does not go well and the boy dies. John's life changes after the death of his son. John plans to retire, but on the recommendation of the hospital director, he goes on a trip to Canada for a medical conference. John decides to take his wife with him to ease his child's grief. But the passenger plane has an accident before reaching the destination airport and crashes in the mountains. John returns home without his wife and has nightmares of 2 children who are trapped in a snowy area and need help. Therefore, with the signs he found, he starts a land trip with his car and reaches a rural area near the Rocky Mountains. The villagers help John to search for the plane and find the passenger plane that crashed in the mountains and save the two children who were sheltering somewhere because of the cold. But the villagers face a shocking scene.
