SYNOPSIS:

In 1946, America struggles to build a new intelligence service from the ashes of the OSS as Europe collapses into the Cold War. Allen Dulles, chosen to lead, finds himself starved of funding and forced to cut deals with black-marketeers, ex-Nazis, and ruthless opportunists. Out of these shadows emerges Richard Colby, a haunted young officer whose descent into darkness becomes the CIA’s most dangerous legacy.
