About Deborah

Deborah Leal-Ramirez is a professional actress and theatre arts educator. She has an Associates of Fine Arts in Drama from Del Mar College and a Bachelors of Arts in Communication Arts from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. She has worked professionally in film, becoming a member of the Screen Actors Guild in 2011 and has been in numerous theatre productions around the Coastal Bend, the last being “Real Women Have Curves” at the Aurora in 2015.

Mrs. Leal-Ramirez has taught Theatre Arts in the public school sector for ten years at both the middle and high school level. She has coached students to the State and National Levels of speech and theatre competitions and has judged on all competition levels. As an actor and a coach, she brings a unique approach to the art of acting.
