First and foremost I’m an actress and a native New Yorker.
I have successfully worked in just about every aspect of the entertainment industry.
I started my career in the industry acting on stage up and down the East Coast, moved to LA to expand into film and television, all the while staying on stage. Within a year I began major multi-tasking; opened a management company (Madcap Management) repping no more than 10 actors for the better part of four years, was assistant to the head of domestic distribution @ Miramax for two years, worked as a casting assistant/reader for: Jean Scoccimarro, Michael Greer, Jeff Passero, Renita Whited, Aaron Griffith, and Vicki Huff. I owned/operated the top-notch Show & Tell: "Workshops for the Professional Actor" for three years, have journaled much of my life experiences into scripts, directed and produced numerous plays… Thankfully my hard work was always acknowledged, with offers to be: a show runner @ USA, an agent @ Epstein/Wyckoff, and a marketing executive @ Miramax – I declined them all, not willing to give up acting.
I have learned so much and am happy to have helped so many others in the process!! Now, the trick is to utilize all my talents and knowledge doing work that serves me on every level.
Not easy, but no great venture is, as the journey continues...
