SYNOPSIS:

In 1930s England, Harlows is a popular destination for the criminally insane. When the most violent patient, Jonathan Becker escapes, the director, Gene Harlow, asks for Donovan Lynch. Lynch is an inspector with a kind disposition who seems perfect for the job. When the investigation takes Lynch places darker than he ever imagined, he finds a mentor in veteran inspector Murray Boyle, whose archaic methods may leave him forever changed.
