A Captain and his crew are pursued across the sea by a Naval Officer trying to redeem himself.

SYNOPSIS:

A Royal Ship has been bombarded and Thomas Spencer and his crew find themselves in the wrong place in the wrong time.

Captain Spencer is brought to trial based on accusations of piracy by Carver Maclin, a cold hearted officer whose only goal in life is to gain fame and the admiration of others.

When Carver is unable to give a detailed report in court, the judge sides with Spencer and orders his release the following morning.

Unaware of the new developments, Captain Spencer’s crew, mainly his uptight First Mate, Henry Healey, and his bumbling third in command, Jameson, spring Spencer from jail and are then forced to flee like what they were accused of being.

Carver Maclin is given the chance to redeem himself as he sets out to find Spencer and his crew no matter the cost.

Through hilarious misadventures and bloody battles, Thomas Spencer refuses to go down without a fight and leads Carver Maclin on a chase across the high seas.
