Alycia Kaback is an in-demand talent manager, transformational leader, CEO and founder of the Kaback Talent Academy™ a free 12 month coaching program designed by the entertainment industry for the entertainment industry. She has helped thousands of women and men around the world achieve their goals through her empowerment seminars, speeches, and coaching sessions and products. She currently lives in Philadelphia and New York City with the love of her life, Harry Winston who is a 4 year old Puggle.

It has been a passion of Alycia’s to help put an end to companies that take advantage of people by charging thousands of dollars for useless classes and photos. Alycia also recently served as MC for the 25th Anniversary Israel Film Festival Sponsor Dinner, SJ Music Awards and Conference, The Pink Party Fashion Show and was celebrity guest judge for the Manhattan Monologue Slam. Not long ago, Alycia was interviewed on WOR Radio in NYC by legendary talk host Valerie Smaldone. Her upcoming schedule includes the inaugural VIP Film Festival in NYC in addition to working on her first book about how to succeed in the entertainment industry. Alycia is also actively involved in numerous charities and speaking engagements throughout the year.
