In a world where women are a rare and precious commodity, a 16-year-old boy fights to save his kidnapped little sister, and teams up with a beautiful transsexual to save her from a life of sexual slavery.  

SYNOPSIS:

For generations, women have mysteriously died when giving birth to daughters. Men outnumber women twenty to one. Around the futuristic city/state of Chatnugga (Tennessee), gangs of outlaws roam the countryside in search for women to sell to the Empress. She rules the area by dispensing the sexual favors of her "cadre" to the powerful men that protect her via "soothing" banquets, or thru a "Sex Pen" she created for the masses. Those "servicing" the Sex Pen are women who resist her expectations or transsexuals who have displeased her. In our story, a gang successfully abducts 14-year-old Lane and her 16-year-old brother Jimmy from a mountain family. They plan to sell the virginal Lane as cadre, and to sell Jimmy to "The Guild"; a group of faux doctors who convert men into women, on a voluntary or involuntary basis. The siblings are separated when Jimmy is taken by the deviant "Weivel" to the Guild's complex at the top of a mountain, while Lane is transported to Chatnugga by the gang leader, "Boss".

Jimmy, with the assistance of the beautiful transsexual Panda, escapes the Guild just before he is castrated. Panda herself flees the Guild Master who supervised her voluntary transition to womanhood but now wants her as his personal paramour. She also wants to avenge the death of her 13-year-old sister, who died after horrible disfigurement in a "soothing". In Chatnugga, the Empress buys Lane but, feeling for the young girl and her sad story, she has Boss slaughtered. Lilith, the Empress's aide, takes Lane on a horrific tour of the Sex Pens to motivate her cooperation in “soothing" select men. Jimmy and Panda arrive in Chatnugga to save Lane. Assisted by Panda's friend, transvestite Mads, they dress Jimmy in drag to facilitate access to the Empress's fortress as Panda’s assistant banquet server. At the soothing banquet, Lane is assigned a harmless police cadet to sooth, but Captain Tull, who previously mauled Panda's little sister by cutting off her breasts, sees the nubile Lane and orders a switch of soothing partners with his subordinate. Panda figures out a way to replace Denise as the young cadet's soother. Panda and the cadet follow Tull and Lane to the soothing rooms. After disguises and deception, Panda rescues Lane, and maims Tull by cutting off his privates in revenge.

Lane and Panda, with Jimmy's help, secret Lane out of the compound, but the Empress gets wind of their escape and, with her police force, pursues them. As the trio of heroes runs for the river and freedom, the vengeful Weivel spots them in town and follows. At the river front, Weivel takes a crossbow shot at Jimmy, but hits Panda instead. They Empress arrives to disarm Weivel, but she only watches as the escaping boat makes the other shore. Remembering Panda's sister, she decides to show mercy and lets them go. In the end, Panda struggles for life inside an old store at the foot of the mountains. Jimmy professes his love for her, but with her last breath, Panda reveals that despite her voluntary sex change, she still prefers women! At dawn, Lane and Jimmy bid Panda's corpse a sad farewell, reconnect with each other, and head back up into the hills.
