On their 10th wedding anniversary, a married couple enters an experimental virtual reality Sphere designed to replay their happiest memories—but when the system begins exposing buried secrets and dark fantasies, they discover the experience has been secretly altered by the wife’s jealous brother, forcing them to confront disturbing truths about their marriage and themselves.
SYNOPSIS:
To celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary, a successful couple receives an unusual gift from the wife’s brother: access to an exclusive experimental “Sphere,” a revolutionary virtual reality device that allows users to step inside their own memories and relive life’s happiest moments.
At first, the experience is nostalgic and joyful as the couple revisits milestones from their relationship. But the Sphere soon begins revealing memories neither of them intended to share—small deceptions, betrayals from their past, and private fantasies buried deep in their subconscious.
Unknown to them, the wife’s brother—quietly resentful of their seemingly perfect life—has paid to alter the system. Believing their marriage is built on hypocrisy, he secretly programs the Sphere to dig deeper, exposing every suppressed thought and hidden truth.
Unable to exit the session when the emergency override fails, the couple is forced to watch as the Sphere uncovers the darker layers of who they were, what they’ve done, and what they may still be capable of.
When the ordeal finally ends, they return home shaken and uncertain about what they experienced—whether the Sphere revealed the truth or manipulated their memories entirely. That night, as her husband sleeps, the wife quietly removes her wedding ring and places it on the nightstand, suggesting that whatever the Sphere awakened inside her may not remain confined to fantasy.
Cut to black.
