Aliens and humans had been talking about collaborating since before the Roswell crash, and Sadie’s abduction is the culmination of their efforts, but when she learns that her kid sister has been taken as well, Sadie will have to rely on the kindness of unusual new allies to get them both safely back home.

SYNOPSIS:

In the late 1940s an alien spaceship crash landed on Earth. What became widely known as a hoax to humans became a cautionary tale alien parents would tell their children to keep them from visiting Earth. The treatment of the pilot instigated a galactic ban on interaction with humans, which is why, years later when two human sisters are abducted, the implications could be drastic.

Sadie and her kid sister, Charlotte are separated upon their arrival to this new environment; Sadie finds herself aboard a living ship she fondly names Demeter, while Charlotte is transported to a ruthless cloner. As the only family each other has, they will have to rely on the kindness of some strange-looking strangers in order to be reunited across the expanse of space.

On the surface it appears to be a cliche alien abduction, but in time it will be revealed that not only is Sadie part of a greater experiment, but that her arrival may incite a long impending galactic war, with her innocent sister caught in the crossfire.
