I would consider myself an artist first, and a designer second. I started painting before I started school. I attended an all female school from grade school through high school, which led me to be very interested in fashion design. I started the first fashion design club at my school, and ended up pursuing fashion at SCAD the University for Creative Careers. After arriving at SCAD, I changed my major to painting, and soon after to Production Design. Although my emphasis was in Costume, I am well versed in all aspects of film/theater/event design. I have been crewing in Art Department on films, and freelancing as an Art Director/Costume Designer for the past three years. I also paint, act, weld, model, scuba dive, draft, horseback ride, decorate, and bake. I am an artistic minded gemini, who is always looking to absorb knowledge, grow, and be happy. If you worked with me you would have a great time, and notice I have a contagious smile.
