I was very lucky to be born into a family of filmmakers. My mother chose documentary filmmaking to expand and effect social change which heavily influenced my desires for wanting to become a filmmaker and use the craft for tackling issues like poverty and social injustices in our world.
I have many years experience in production and development. Recently I designed special camera rigs and remote camera systems for Danny Boyle and Anthony Dod Mantel's 127 Hours staring James Franco. I worked as the right hand man to Dod mantel and Enrique Chediak on the film. For the new up coming David Ayer film (End of Watch starring Jake Gyllenhaal) I Designed a new body design for the SI2K mini (the Nano) which makes it the smallest 2K camera in the world. My camera made it possible for David Ayers to fulfill his stylish vision for this film. More recently I shot and directed a 3D film at Burning Man. I developed some unique rigs for this project as well. Over the years I have worked on numerous music videos ( Goo-Goo Dolls, Shakira, Pink, Stevie Nicks/Dave Stewart .............) and several independent feature films. Currently working on two documentaries, one about the scientific effects of Music/spiritual music and sounds on the human brain, the other explores children's perspective on the idea of peace, freedom and faith, globally.
