Kevin Goldburt has been directing short films since the age of 13, and amassed a filmography of dozens of short films based on martial arts action. Also producing, writing, editing, serving as cinematographer and fight choreographer, his jack-of-all-trades approach enables him to completely control every creative aspect of filmmaking. That is, when he's not in front of the camera, screenfighting and performing stunts for his own projects, where he puts seven years of gymnastics and twenty years of martial arts experience to use, spanning many styles, including Kickboxing, Judo, Tae Kwon Do, and Kung Fu.
After attending the Los Angeles Film School, and graduating with honors in Directing and Screenwriting, he formed his own production company - Black Eclipse Films, specializing in action entertainment, centered on Hong Kong-style martial arts but also concentrating on character-driven dramatic storylines. Always pushing the envelope and setting new standards, he strives to combine all aspects of film with the highest level of action.
