A dystopian film noir, Tom Waits Made Me Cry is the story of Vincent Martin Levine, a man searching for meaning in a Celebrity-governed society. Tom Waits Made Me Cry was written and directed by Fergal Rock and filmed as part of the RTE/Filmbase short script award scheme in 2004.
