SYNOPSIS:

(TV Pilot) Corruption is the story of the a mystical technology that ends up controlling the lives of the unfortunate soul that discovers it. The item begins to alter the thoughts and actions of those who are exposed to it. James is suddenly involved in conspiracy that quickly leads to the death of his friends and unravels a chain of events that could control the fate of the world. James is thrown into a world where morality has no meaning to those who are corrupt. A mysterious man in glasses is the leader of the group, called the “Corrupt” who controls the case which holds the mystical technology. After discovering that James has ties with the only means of successfully integrating with the technology, the man in glasses makes it his and his followers primary goal to persuade James to interact with the technology. James, not knowing of his connection to the technology, leads an average life. His somewhat usual life is turned into a storm when his friends are killed by the “Corrupt”. James runs from the efforts of the “Corrupt” and encounters some “super natural” events during his escapades. James' female friend, Lindsay is kidnapped by the “Corrupt” and is held hostage in a remote compound. James is eventually lead to the compound and informed that the “Corrupt” have Lindsay. The “Corrupt” now have leverage over James and force him to interact with the technology. James wakes up in an alleyway with a strange mark on his arm and a gun. James now has motive after interacting with the technology. He moves quickly to a parked car and activates a GPS which has a pre configured route. James’ next destination is set and will determine the future of the difference between good and evil.
