About Melissa

The granddaughter of a vaudevillian with performers like Red Skeleton, Frankie Lang, and Betty White, she was born a singer. “I love to sing heartfelt songs,” Melissa said, who’s musical influences would be her Grandparents, Patsy Cline, Martina McBride, Judy Garland, and Julie Andrews to name a few.
Her passion as a child was to perform in musical theater. She was able to develop her skills as a performing artist through musical theater and professional dance. In 2004 she would broaden her experience and begin her country music journey where she recorded with Mark Oliverous Productions. Mark Oliverous is the Music Director for Lorrie Morgan. Her recordings were played in several radio venues throughout the country and recently were showcased at the Santa Claran Casino with the New Mexico Music Commission where Randy Travis is on the Board of Directors, and Outlaw Country 107.9 and Hutton Broadcasting. She has been aired on the Bill Rainey Nu County Show on the Nashville Broadcasting Radio Network. Melissa still plans to release new material in the fall which was produced Anthony Smith. She is currently studying voice and acting in NYC.
