Achievements

As Production Executive Manager at the Municipal Television of Thessaloniki I was responsible for the digital transition and system upgrade between 2011 and 2013

As Head of Programming at the Municipal Television of Thessaloniki, I introduced in 2013 K-Dramas (Korean drama series) to Greek audience with great success.

As Head of Productions I supervised and handled the Greek part of co-productions with the major South Korean broadcasters (MBC, EBS, KBS, SKY HD)

My animated short titled GENESIS produced in 1997 is the first animated short with a duration over 20’ as recorded in the history of Greek animation

Film (Short) Director Before they left the city, the Athenian generals sent off a message to Sparta. The messenger was an Athenian named Pheidippides, a professional long-distance runner. According to the account he gave the Athenians on his return, Philippides met the god Pan on Mount Parthenium, above Tegea. Pan, he said, called him by name and told him to ask the Athenians why they paid him no attention, in spite of his friendliness towards them and the fact that he had often been useful to them in the past, and would be so again in the future. The Runner reached Sparta the day after he left Athens and delivered his message to the Spartans. "Men of Sparta" (the message ran), "the Athenians ask you to help them, and not to stand by while the most ancient city of Greece is crushed and subdued by a foreign invader; for even now Eretria has been enslaved, and Greece is the weaker by the loss of one fine city." A fighter from his teens, Dr Poulianos now in his mid '80's brought controversy to Greek scientists by revealing the origins of Greeks and introducing his theory of an alternative model in human evolution. But equally astonishing is his life. A defender of Greek independence during the '40's along with the Liberation and Democratic armies, a refugee in Palestine, biologist in the US, and a PhD anthropologist in Moscow University, Dr Poulianos is no ordinary man. A researcher who spends 40 years of his life dedicated in the study of the Archanthropus of Petralona and the ancestors of the archaic humans in Greece and a man who stands up for his rights and ideas. Thessaloniki, a city full of legends, of tales and memories, folk tales of the Byzantine era, about vampires and fairies and tales about creatures that come from Jewish tradition and sages, about Vampires and Golems. Driven away by the Inquisition and the Spanish kings who at the same time saluted the ships of Columbus to the New World, the Spanish Jews, came to Thessaloniki creating the second biggest community outside their native land.
