After an alien spaceship crash lands outside their house, a group of young teens must defend their home from a violent and strategic alien attack.
SYNOPSIS:
What begins as a normal sleepover for Corey and his friends turns into a violent fight for survival when an otherworldly creature crash lands outside of their house. After injuring one of the boys, the alien escapes, prompting its friends to wage an all out assault on the home. With no time to spare, the kids, along with Corey’s reluctant sister and boyfriend, must defend their home and themselves from the seemingly never-ending onslaught.
THE SLEEPOVER puts a unique spin on the home invasion thriller by making the intruders aliens and the defenders a group of kids. Over-the-top, vulgar, and egregiously violent, THE SLEEPOVER moves quickly and provides non-stop action as the helpless victims must fend off multiple waves of advancing aliens that will use anything at their disposal to gain access to the house - including the skin of the next door neighbor. Tropes are toyed with - they actually call the police! - and convention is subverted to ensure surprises at every turn.
