SYNOPSIS:

In 1971, D.B. Cooper hijacks Flight 305, secures $200,000 in ransom and parachutes into a violent storm—vanishing without a trace. Fifty-five years later, FBI agent CALISTA MYLES raids an unregistered cargo ship commanded by the mysterious EVERHEART. Inside its containers, her team discovers terrified people abducted from across the world. Everheart murders two agents, takes Calista’s partner hostage and then disappears in a burst of light—leaving Calista unable to account for eight missing minutes.

That same night, three amateur investigators searching the Dark Divide for Cooper’s remains witness something crash into the forest. At the centre of the impact crater stands Cooper, still carrying the ransom money and looking exactly as he did in 1971. After surrendering to the authorities, he claims that only ten years have passed for him—and that he has returned to stop an extraterrestrial trafficking network abducting humans and selling them beyond Earth.
