Producer, writer and director. Entered film and television production because of radio as he started out in the mid eighties as radio DJ in local radio stations around Lisbon, Portugal. Later, with two other partners, he founded Radio 98 – one of the most popular youth radios in Lisbon at the time that he later renamed Super FM. In 1996, as producer and promoter, he brought the first Surfing World Championship to Portugal. In 2001, he moved to Macao, where he became a committee member of the Macao East Asian Games. In 2006, he produced a series of shows for ESPN/ Star Sports. He is now an independent filmmaker and runs his own film production company.
