About David

David Tillman began making films at age 14 at Columbia High School in Maplewood, NJ. He graduated from film school at the University of Texas-Austin where one of his documentary shorts played at the SXSW film festival and he was selected to direct the school's entry in the Pioneer 48 Hour Film Festival.

Since moving to Los Angeles, he has directed music videos and worked as an editor of documentary television for clients such as the Discovery Channel, National Geographic Channel, Smithsonian Channel and 3Net.

He recently optioned his first screenplay.
