I was born in Kurdistan, Northern Iraq. Having perfected Arabic during my studies but never forgetting my roots and speaking fluent Kurdish, I moved at an early age to UK. I studied drama and achieved National Diploma in 2005. Then I followed my passion and studied film& theatre at London Metropolitan University in 2008.
I'm passionate in performing arts& Screen Acting as I creating characters, one of the most prominent plays I co- wrote was an adaptation of Macbeth, in the play ‘McDam, McBush, McBlair. I still writes and makes short films.
Since then I worked at Desperate Romantic for BBC1, Scorpion King of Egypt Documentary for Channel 4, and worked at several short films. In one of the recent works I played Jesus for documentary for Blink Film Production. I have diverse looks and abilities seen to taking the roles of mafia dealer, aggressive husband, caring son, ambitious actor and many others.
One of my collaborations I won a Best Kurdish Actor at the 2nd Kurdish Festival, for a short ‘Seminar’.
